JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and launching Mesbox. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the platform’s backend and frontend. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new product in its early stages and influence key architectural decisions.
- Design, code, and build solutions for the Mesbox platform from scratch, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, and designers to create an intuitive and efficient user experience.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Research new technologies and approaches to improve the codebase and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENT
- Experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a focus on Ruby on Rails (or other backend languages like Python, Golang, Node.js, Java, etc.)
- Experience in frontend development using modern frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), including schema design and optimization. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and caching technologies like Redis is a plus.
- Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Proficient in Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Strong ability to solve problems and think critically.
- You should also be familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
