Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive market research, MVP launch, and go-to-market strategy for Lean products in both Vietnam and global markets.

This role is responsible for achieving product-market fit, building scalable growth engines, and leading a high-performance marketing team with a strong growth mindset.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and other teams to continuously improve the product and ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & MVP Launch

  • Conduct continuous market research and user analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities.
  • Validate product ideas and collaborate closely with the Product team to launch MVPs.
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously refine and improve the product.
  • Contribute to product positioning for both domestic (Vietnam) and international markets.

2. Go-To-Market & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve and scale product-market fit.
  • Build growth experiments and optimize acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue funnels.
  • Launch Lean products in Vietnam and global markets.
  • Ensure sustainable and scalable growth through data-driven decision-making.

3. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and lead a strong marketing team with a growth mindset.
  • Coach, train, and improve team performance and execution capability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of growth KPIs and revenue performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Growth or Marketing roles (Vietnam or Global market experience required).
  • Proven experience in launching new products or leading successful GTM initiatives.
  • Experience with SaaS products, productivity tools, chat support tools, or Shopify/eCommerce apps is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with quantitative skills.
  • Hands-on experience with growth experiments, funnel optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team and working cross-functionally with Product and Sales.
  • Proactive, fast-moving, open-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in English.
